We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laminate Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing surfaces, measuring and cutting laminate materials, and ensuring a flawless installation. You will work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality flooring solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Measure and prepare floors for laminate installation, including removing old flooring and ensuring level surfaces.
• Accurately cut and fit laminate planks according to room dimensions and layout plans.
• Install underlayment and apply proper installation techniques for long-lasting results.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and company quality guidelines.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in laminate or general flooring installation.
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to stand, kneel, and lift materials for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and punctual work habits.
