Ladder, made and used as a loft ladder. though could be used for other purposes. Sturdy, wooden. Length 3m, width 40cm. tread 8cm. Bottom 50 cm folds up. ladder attaches to loft hatch, swings into loft and locks in place. Fittings included. A loft hatch is available. Buyer to collect.
