We are fully aware of all Building regulations ( Generally required ) and Planning approval ( Not usually required ), we can manage all of this for our clients.

We cater for the complete project including: any structural work, Required insulation, electrical, plastering, UPVC/Aluminium windows and Doors, Plumbing, Finished flooring and Decoration etc.

All relevant certificates are supplied to the client and Building control.

We also undertake Home Extensions and Home Improvement work.

The team, Terry, Matthew and Jamie were brilliant (together with the electrician Tyler and the plasterer). The work started within 3 weeks of our initial meeting and although we were given a period of 4 weeks to complete, they actually completed in 3 weeks. I'm blown away by how great the conversion is, particularly as I only had an idea as to what the room was going to be used for i.e. a boot/utility room. They listened and produced something that went beyond my expectation. Terry kept us informed of everything that was happening and when to expect deliveries etc. They were professional, tidy, polite and a very helpful crew. I'm absolutely thrilled with it and highly recommend SGCC if you are thinking of having a garage conversion.

Terry and the entire team who worked on our garage conversion this month were all excellent and a pleasure to deal with. They were polite, helpful, friendly, informative. They worked tidily, always cleared up at the end of the day and kept everywhere as clean and tidy as they possibly could. They finished the job on time and our new home office looks amazing...... so pleased with the finished result. Can highly recommend them to anyone considering converting a garage.....100%!!

Would highly recommend this company for a garage conversion. Terry was very professional giving good advice and suggestions and it was competitively priced. Service has been great throughout, Jamie and Terry did a great job which was completed quickly and to a high standard!

The whole team were polite tidy and respectful. They arrived on time and worked full days until the project was finished according to the detailed contract was competed. Problems were dealt with quickly they were very knowledgable and skilled.
