My name is Scott Wilson of Scott Property Solutions. I have 33 years in the building industry. Scott did a garage conversion with shower room and utility room I can’t praise him enough. Always on time with a smile on his face . Nothing was too much trouble. Went above and beyond his work is excellent and his attention to detail is second to none. I will be using Scott again for future projects of which there are many. Competitive prices exceeded my expectations in the outcome . Wishing you every success.

WIasked Scott for a quote and received a competitive proposal. He was out swiftly and conducted the work to the highest standard. He was also very flexible and completed other work for us at short notice. I would definitely recommend Scott and will be using him again.

I used SPS for several different parts of my building work, from installing RSJ’s, to prepping a new room for a kitchen, creating a new downstairs loo, opening up doorways and windows. Scott and Darren were a pleasure to work with, they always arrived with a smile, helped me with advice and suggestions, and every day left the area they’d been working in tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and to use them again for future work.

Scott came out to give quote for a bathroom instalation, done exactly what I wanted at a good price ,very curtiouse and cleaned up afterwards and took all rubbish away ,thankyou lads ,really pleased .
