We appointed Everstone Build & Development for a double-storey extension, full loft conversion, and extensive internal alterations. We appointed Everstone Build & Development to carry out a double-storey wraparound extension together with extensive internal alterations to completely transform our home. The project included creating a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area on the ground floor, adding a convenient WC under the stairs, and creating a spacious new bedroom with an en-suite as well as a new family bathroom on the first floor. From our very first meeting, Omid stood out because of his technical knowledge and honest advice. He didn't simply build what was shown on the drawings; he took the time to explain different options, suggested practical improvements, and came up with ideas that made better use of the available space without unnecessarily increasing the cost. It genuinely felt as though he wanted the best outcome for our family rather than simply completing another building project. Communication throughout the build was excellent. We had a wraparound single-storey extension and internal refurbishment done in Cheadle by Everstone, and honestly we’re really pleased with how everything turned out. From the start, Omid was easy to deal with and explained everything clearly. The work involved quite a lot — knocking through, new layout, and a full refurb — but it all ran smoothly and felt well organised throughout. The project included a complete demolition and rebuild of the bathroom and toilet from scratch, with all new plumbing fully embedded into the walls, high-quality tiling, and a modern, flawless finish. They also designed and fitted a brand-new kitchen, which was completed to an exceptional standard. One of the major upgrades was replacing the traditional radiators with underfloor heating, including smart zoned controls. This completely transformed the comfort of the flat.
