I run Oliver Construction & Carpentry Ltd, a company specialising in kitchen installations, bathroom refurbishments and carpentry/building works in Derby, Nottingham and surrounding areas.

• Kitchen and utility flooring (LVT, laminate, engineered wood, tiles)
• Splashback tiling around worktops
• Grouting, trims and neat silicone lines

Preparation & finishing
• Removal of old kitchen
• Small stud work and boarding where needed
• Basic plaster repairs
• Skirting and architraves
• Making good so the room is ready for painting

(Any gas or electrical work is carried out by qualified trades and can be organised as part of the job.)

Every kitchen is different. To give a realistic price I usually:
1. Visit the property
2. Check the kitchen plans and current condition
3. Talk through any extra work (flooring, tiling, small building works)

I can quote:
• Labour only (you supply the kitchen), or
• Kitchen plus additional works (flooring, tiling, small carpentry/building).

I prefer to be honest about what’s involved instead of giving a cheap number and cutting corners.
