The manual is included along with the head-rest. It's hardly been used.
There is a very small tear in the top which is on the foot rest area, it does not effect the inflation at all, please see photos.
From a smoke and pet free home. The mat is no longer under guarantee. I'm happy for the purchaser to try it when collecting if they wish. No box, comes as seen in the photos.
