Description
1993 bike, bought it as a project for the wife. She isn't into it anymore so have done basics for the MOT and sell on. As can be seen it looks good and once warm she goes well too but she is still very much a project and I have priced accordingly.
Bad bits. Seat has a small tear, mirrors and forks have pitting and are a bit tatty. Headlight and indicator have a scuff. Tank fuel level sender doesn't work, gauge does work. She doesn't run smooth when starting from cold. The rev counter goes full scale when cold but OK once warmed through. I got a new battery for her but it's the wrong one, it is slightly too big but does work however it doesn't fit the battery holder and touches the seat once its fitted. This can be rectified by getting the correct one!
I have pictured all good and bad bits I also have a video but don't think gumtree loads vids.
The bike is MOT'd till 20 Aug 26, its been taxed so if you have trade plates you can test ride. Otherwise I can let you see it and start it in the drive. Barnoldswick area for viewing.
