The Jaguar XE is the brand's premium compact saloon, admired for its sharp styling, refined drive and impressive efficiency. This 2.0L diesel is both responsive and economical, capable of returning 50-60mpg, offering an excellent balance of performance and running costs.
It comes with full service history, a new MOT, and newly replaced front tyres for extra peace of mind.
Inside, you'll find leather seats with heated fronts for comfort, plus selectable drive modes including Eco, Winter, Dynamic, and Sport to suit every journey.
The car drives well and is a genuine pleasure behind the wheel. The only reason for the reduced price (vs £7,000+ market value) is that the timing chain has started rattling and needs replacing . I've had this quoted at around £1,700. I brought the car for over double the price only last year. Once repaired, this will be a superb example with plenty of life left. There's also some scuffs on the alloys.
