1988 Jaguar XJR-S 5.3 V12 Le Mans Celebration Build No. 048 of 100 84k miles Follett of Fulham suppliedOne of only 100 factory-built models to mark Jaguars Le Mans win in 1988, this rare XJR-S is Build No. 048 confirmed by original sill plates and stamped service book. Its finished in Arctic Blue Metallic (JEX) with Doeskin Leather (AEE), grey carpets, Speedline alloys and Le Mans badging, and remains a beautifully original example throughout.Supplied new by Follett Jaguar, Fulham Road, it was registered to Trailfinders Ltd of Kensington with the registration number ''TF1''. Period servicing shows use in Madrid (Salamanca S.A.) and Kensington (Stratstone and Creamer & Son). Despite its international flavour, the car was never exported as confirmed by HPI suggesting its globe-trotting owner simply enjoyed it abroad before cruising it home again.Mileage is 84,505 and supported by history. Weve just serviced it including spark plugs, and itll come with a fresh MOT. The interior is outstanding, right down to the original Jaguar anti-theft stickers and mostly unmarked leather. Underside is clean, bodywork straight, and it still wears its correct factory Speedline alloys.Coachlines were lost during an earlier repaint some years ago.
