What We’re Looking For

* Experience: Some commercial web design experience (perhaps 2+ years in a similar role). You should have a portfolio or examples of websites you’ve designed and built.

* Design Skills: A good eye for clean, modern design and strong understanding of what makes a great user experience. You’re comfortable creating layouts and visuals that impress.

* Technical Aptitude: Confidence in building websites using website builders. If you’ve worked with WordPress or other CMS platforms, that’s a plus. (No Wix experience needed – just be keen to learn it!)

* Client-Facing Ability: Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner. You enjoy working with clients and team members, and you’re interested in client management and the overall project delivery process.

* Proactive & Ambitious Attitude: A switched-on mindset – you pick up new concepts quickly and pay attention to detail. We want someone who is ambitious, eager to grow, and not afraid to take initiative to get things done.

Competitive Salary & Benefits: We offer a salary of £28,000–£32,000 (DOE), reflecting your experience. You’ll also enjoy being part of a fun, inclusive culture where team outings, creative brainstorms, and celebrating successes are all part of the job
