Technical Support Analyst - Onsite - Buckinghamshire
We’re recruiting a Technical Support Analyst for a software company specialising in bespoke systems. This is a 100% office-based role, ideal for someone working in software or application support who enjoys a mix of technical problem-solving and user-facing work.
This role would suit a Software Support Analyst, Application Support Analyst, Product Support Specialist, or a 2nd Line Support Engineer with experience supporting configurable platforms. You’ll be working across SQL, Windows, and database environments, supporting bespoke software used by external clients.
What you’ll be doing:

Managing support tickets and inbound calls using Jira
*
Troubleshooting issues across SQL, Windows, and internal databases
*
Supporting software configuration, setup, and client onboarding
*
Delivering remote user training and documentation
*
Testing and validating fixes and updates before release
What you’ll need:
*
Background in software or application support, ideally with a product-led company
*
Strong SQL, Windows, and database skills
*
Clear, confident communication skills, especially by phone
*
Familiarity with tools such as Jira and remote access platforms
*
IT degree or similar technical qualification
*
Quick learner with a hands-on, proactive approach
