Software Development Team Lead – .NET Core / Azure

Hybrid | Newport Pagnell, Near Milton Keynes, North Buckinghamshire

What you will be doing

Leading and mentoring a small development team

*

Writing and reviewing code across .NET Core, Web API and SQL

Managing incident handling, root cause analysis and documentation

*

Collaborating with offshore developers to maintain consistent quality

React/Angular exposure useful but not essential

Infrastructure as Code, DevOps and CI/CD

You will thrive in this role if you:

Have 5+ years’ .NET experience including technical leadership

Enjoy balancing hands-on coding with leading a team

Build strong team relationships and communicate clearly

*

The practical details:

Hybrid – 2 to 3 days in the office (rural location, car required)

*

Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
