The company fosters a supportive, fast-paced environment where staff are encouraged to build their skills and adapt to the ever-changing technology landscape.

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join the project management team. This position is focused on the successful delivery of Structured Cabling projects (Copper and Fibre) and related IT infrastructure works. Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and support the delivery of structured cabling projects from planning through to completion.

* Develop and maintain project schedules, task lists, and resource allocation plans.

* Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation including reports, drawings, and meeting notes.

* Facilitate communication between internal teams, engineers, suppliers, clients, and senior management.

* Manage procurement of cabling materials, hardware, and labour — raising purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, coordinating deliveries, and tracking costs.

* Monitor project resources and ensure effective utilisation.

* Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes.

* Support Health & Safety compliance, including RAMS preparation and updates.

Skills & Experience

* Strong technical knowledge of Structured Cabling Systems (Copper and Fibre) is essential.

* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

* Understanding of project management methodologies; certification (e.g. PRINCE2 Foundation) is an advantage.

* Familiarity with construction drawings desirable.

* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

* Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.

* Clear and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

* Experience with Autotask RMM is a plus.

What’s on Offer

* Opportunity to play a central role in the delivery of large-scale structured cabling and IT infrastructure projects.

* A varied and fast-paced environment with exposure to complex, multi-disciplinary projects.

* A supportive culture that encourages ongoing professional development.

* Career path into Project Management
