Got a taste for innovation? You could be the creative mind behind our next iconic doughnut.

We’re looking for a curious, imaginative and hands-on Product Developer to join our team at Krispy Kreme UK. Based out of our Watford Factory (2 days) & London Office (1 day), you’ll help bring new flavours, formats, and ideas to life, working just one floor above where the magic happens.

What you’ll be doing:

Develop mouth watering new doughnuts and baked treats, from everyday favourites to show stopping seasonal creations.

Own the journey from idea to launch: concepts, kitchen testing, specs, artwork, allergens. You name it.

Spot trends and turn them into tasty opportunities.

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to roll out products successfully.

What we’re looking for:

3 years’ + experience in food product development. Especially in bakery or sweet treats? Even better.

A degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts or similar (or equivalent practical experience).

Creative flair, commercial thinking, and a deep love of food.

Solid technical knowledge of ingredients and baking processes.

A collaborative mindset and great communication skills.
