Job Title: Mulesoft Tech Lead

Location: Windsor, UK (Hybrid – 1 day onsite per week)

Rate: £460/day Inside IR35

Duration: 6 months (likely extension)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MuleSoft Tech Lead to take ownership of enterprise-level integration projects, from design through to delivery. You’ll be responsible for defining architecture, leading development, and ensuring the successful implementation of scalable, secure MuleSoft solutions within a complex, enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead MuleSoft integration projects end-to-end, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

* Architect and design API-led integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

* Develop, test, and deploy Mule applications, APIs, and connectors using Anypoint Studio and DataWeave.

* Provide technical mentorship, code reviews, and enforce best practices across the team.

* Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions.

* Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and monitoring.

* Maintain detailed technical documentation including design specs and architecture diagrams.

Key Skills & Experience

* 8+ years of experience in MuleSoft design, development, and deployment (with at least 2+ years in a lead role).

* Strong expertise with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API Manager, Flow Design, and DataWeave.

* Deep understanding of API-led connectivity and integration patterns (REST/SOAP).

* Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

* Exposure to CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, and integration with AWS or Azure environments.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
