The Opportunity

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive IT Support Technician to join our Infrastructure team. You’ll play a vital role in supporting day-to-day IT operations across the group — keeping systems running, users supported, and contributing to the success of ongoing tech improvements.

Key Responsibilities

*

Provide first and second-line IT support using Jira Service Management

*

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and server issues

*

Configure and install laptops, desktops, mobile phones, and tablets

*

Support user onboarding/offboarding (account setup, permissions, password resets)

*

Administer 3CX telephony systems (extensions, call logs, provisioning)

*

Create and maintain documentation using Confluence

*

Deliver basic IT training to end users

*

Liaise with 3rd-party vendors and external support

*

Manage IT equipment stock and replacements

*

Contribute to IT projects and system upgrades

What You’ll Need

*

Experience in an IT support or helpdesk environment

*

Proficiency with:

*

Windows 7/10/11, Windows Server (2016–2022)

*

Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, SharePoint, Entra ID

*

Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file & print services

*

Networking fundamentals (firewalls, switches, routers, cabling)

*

Excellent communication and customer service skills

*

A methodical, problem-solving approach

*

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)

Desirable (but not essential):

*

Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar ITSM tools

*

Knowledge of scripting or automation

*

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco)
