IT Support Engineer
Location: Salisbury | Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a well-established professional services organisation based in Salisbury. Duties & Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support across hardware, software, and networks
Manage and resolve IT tickets, escalating complex issues when required
Support system administration and assist with infrastructure tasks
Deliver user training and guidance on IT systems and applications
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing
What Experience is Required
Proven experience (4+ years) in an IT support or service desk role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including M365 and Active Directory
Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
