Data Warehouse Developer - Contract
Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract: 6 months (Initially)
Day Rate: £550 (A day)
IR35: Outside
We're seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Developer to maintain, enhance, and develop our enterprise data warehouse. You'll work closely with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to deliver reliable data for strategic reporting and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support ETL processes using SAP Data Services.
Build and maintain high-quality, well-documented data structures.
Ensure reliability, data integrity, and performance across the warehouse.
Collaborate with BI and IT teams to integrate new data sources and deliver new reporting capabilities.
Coach and mentor colleagues, promoting best practice and continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of SAP Data Services and data warehousing best practices.
Experience designing data marts/warehouses using Kimball dimensional modelling.
Proficiency in ETL design, SQL development (Microsoft SQL Server; Oracle a plus).
Background working in multi-developer teams with code branching/merging and promotion across environments.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; able to prioritise and deliver to deadlines.
