Contract Opportunity: Data Architect - Workday, HR/Finance Systems - Azure Cloud - Hybrid - London - Inside IR35
We're working with a leading organisation on a high-impact transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Data Architect to join the team on a 6-month contract starting 1st October.
Key Details:
Role: Data Architect - HR & Finance Systems
Start Date: 1st October 2025
Duration: 6 months
Location: Hybrid - 2 days/week onsite in London
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Engagement: Via umbrella company or PAYE
Project Scope:
This role will support the architecture and integration of Workday within a broader HR and Finance systems landscape, leveraging Azure Cloud for data management, transformation, and analytics.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable data architecture solutions across HR and Finance systems
Lead integration and data flow strategies between Workday and other platforms
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance within Azure environments
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Support reporting and analytics enablement across the organisation
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Data Architect in enterprise environments
Strong background in HR and Finance systems, ideally with Workday
Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud (Data Factory, Synapse, Storage, etc.)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup
