Customer Project Manager (Healthcare IT)
Rate: £400.00 - £435.00 per day (Inside IR35)
Location: Remote (UK) with occasional travel to customer sites as required
Clearance Required: BPSS
The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Customer Project Manager to lead the delivery of healthcare IT implementation projects across complex healthcare environments.
This is a customer-facing role where you'll take ownership of project delivery, managing stakeholders, governance, budgets, risks, and implementation activities from initiation through to go-live and operational handover.
Essential Skills & Experience
6+ years' experience delivering customer-facing healthcare IT projects.
Proven delivery experience across:
PACS
RIS
VNA
Digital Pathology
Medical Imaging or Healthcare Informatics solutions
Strong understanding of radiology workflows and healthcare operations.
Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, change control, and governance.
Experience leading steering committees, RAID management, and executive reporting.
Ability to manage clinical, operational, technical, supplier, and executive stakeholders.
Experience delivering projects from planning through go-live, hypercare, and service transition.
PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent project management experience.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
Desirable Skills
Experience delivering healthcare imaging solutions.
Knowledge of healthcare governance, procurement, and regulatory requirements.
Experience with cloud-hosted healthcare solutions.
Experience managing imaging migrations, platform consolidations, or managed service transitions.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects. xjnqpsq
