The key responsibilities for the Bid Writer - Hybrid Working - Tech Sector role will include:

Prepare and write high-quality bids, proposals, and tender documents tailored to client requirements.

Collaborate with the sales team to gather necessary information for bid submissions.

Ensure all bids and proposals align with company standards and brand guidelines.

Conduct research to understand client needs and industry trends.

Manage the bid process from initial request to final submission, adhering to deadlines.

Proofread and edit documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

Maintain a library of standardised bid content for future use.

Contribute to post-bid reviews to identify areas for improvement.Profile

For the Bid Writer - Hybrid Working - Tech Sector position, applicants should have:

* Proven experience in bid writing or management role.

* Experience within technology, IT , Saas, or related industry is highly desirable.

* A track record of working on bid submissions for both public sector, and private sector customers is beneficial.

* Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.

* Knowledge of bid processes and requirements in the sales department.

* A proactive and organised approach to work.

* Able to work from an office in South Manchester 3 days per week.
