Description
Our client, a global leader in IT services, is seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect with a strong background in solution design and architecture. The role will be based at their client’s site in Wokingham, UK.
Location: Hybrid – remote work within the UK, with on-site presence in Wokingham 3 days per week
Contract: 6+ months, starting ASAP
Day Rate: Competitive market rate
Key Responsibilities:
Design an AI-driven solution using Azure OpenAI to capture and analyse stakeholder sentiment and feedback from diverse sources including emails, meeting recordings, consultation responses, and surveys
Develop a scalable architecture that integrates data from platforms such as Salesforce, BI tools, CSAT scores, media coverage, and meeting notesData Capture and Storage:
Implement both automated and manual data capture mechanisms for centralised storage
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, with full traceability for audit purposesData Analysis and Reporting:
Apply AI tools to identify themes and sentiment across captured data
Build user-triggered synthesis reports and dashboards to surface insights on stakeholder sentiment and health indicators
Enable search and filtering capabilities for efficient data synthesis and reporting
Create dashboards and visualisation tools tailored to stakeholder groups and specific use casesKey Requirements:
Experience integrating Salesforce and BI tools
Familiarity with media monitoring and sentiment analysis platforms
Proficiency in dashboard creation and data visualisation
Strong communication skills
