Philips Azur Advanced Steam Iron model GC4938/20.
There is no physical damage to the item – the body, soleplate, and cord are all in good cosmetic condition.
However, the iron does not heat up to the correct temperature and therefore does not produce steam properly.
This could be a simple fix for someone who knows how to repair small appliances, but I haven’t been able to diagnose or fix the issue myself.
