The G6122T-62 Vintage Select Edition '62 Chet Atkins Country Gentleman is a legendary guitar, made famous by George Harrison of The Beatles, and is the epitome of rock 'n' roll greatness.
This example is in exceptional condition with no blemishes/dings to the guitar. The only wear we could find was some very minor tarnishing to the pickup covers, cushion and frets - but all are still in excellent condition.

This premium edition, has a standard "U"-shaped maple neck with a 12"-radius ebony fingerboard and 22 frets delivers an unforgettable playing experience, adaptable to any genre. Minimise feedback while revelling in authentic vintage tones with the sealed body featuring simulated F-holes. The pinned "rocking" bar bridge works in perfect harmony with the Bigsby B6GVT vibrato tailpiece, ensuring stable tuning, while the bone nut allows the strings to slide freely without binding.
Other iconic appointments include dual foam string mutes with red felt surrounds, a standby switch, a laminated 3-ply maple top, gold G-arrow control knobs, aged white binding with black purfling, a glossy urethane finish, aged pearloid thumbnail inlays, a gold vintage thick plexi pickguard with Gretsch logo, and gold Grover Imperial tuning machines.
Equipped with a pair of TV Jones Classic pickups, this guitar responds to every pick stroke and strum with refined and articulate precision.
