iPhone 13 mini faulty

Bought in a job lot
Screen has no cracks or scratches but lcd is broken so can only see the screen light up with lines running through it (see photo)
Back glass is cracked
Frame of the phone is in decent condition
Due to the screen not fully working the phone hasn’t be tested any further and history of the phone is unknown
No sim tray so unsure what the iMei number is so can’t tell you much about history of the phone
