Marks and Spencer ‘Abbey’ sofa bed, armchair and footstool, brown leather, very good condition. Purchased 2008, sofa very rarely used as a bed. Sofa is 100cm deep x 190cm wide x 92cm high (frame height 80cm), bed width 145cm, length 190cm; armchair is 92cm wide, 95cm deep, 87 cm high, footstool is a cube measuring 50x50cm, height 40cm. Compliant with Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988, see photo for details. Reasonable offers, including for individual items, will be considered. For collection in person only (Clarendon Park, Leicester).
