Description

At Nest, we believe that great interiors are not just about how a space looks - but how it feels, functions, and reflects the people who use it.

Founded by Interior Designer Charlotte in 2020, our studio offers a considered and collaborative approach to residential and commercial interiors across York and the whole of the UK. Our studio offers a range of services, from fully remote, digital designs to the full, hands on experience. We cater to all budgets and project scopes.

With a BA Honours Degree in Fine Art and a Master’s Degree in Interior Design, Charlotte leads each project with creativity, care, and an eye for detail - drawing on experience of working with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver designs that are as practical as they are beautiful.

From bespoke joinery and spatial planning to complete interior transformations, we create timeless, tailored spaces that feel lived-in, loved, and entirely your own.

Nest were amazing to work with! They gave us so many great, budget-friendly ideas and drawings for our new house (simply by providing them with our floorplans/house listing on rightmove!). They really helped us figure out what small things we could do now and what bigger projects to save for later. Super professional, helpful, and full of inspiration - highly recommend!

Charlotte was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. She was incredibly professional, listened to all of our ideas, and created a design that was even better than we imagined. She absolutely transformed our second living room, and the new log burner she incorporated is a perfect focal point. We wanted to brighten up our bedroom, but didn’t know how to do this so we talked our ideas through with Charlotte at Nest who really brought things to life for us. She was so approachable and easy to deal with. We were so pleased with how our room turned out that we asked for help with our new kitchen design and colour scheme. The results could not have been better. We will definitely use Nest again, and highly recommend them.
