RTT uses a combination of hypnotherapy and other therapies to address the root cause of your issues at the subconscious level - Unrooting and eliminating the cause and then remapping the pathways in your brain to think differently - Its truly TRANSFORMATIONAL !!

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a 28 day process which we embark on together and for most of my clients they achieve their goal by the end of this. Although in some cases 1-2 additional sessions are required (discounted)

Nikki was extremely thorough in collecting the correct information from me to help her deliver the best possible session. She always made sure I was comfortable, relaxed and focused before, during and after our sessions and reassured me that I was safe, which is something I had struggled with feeling due to the deep trauma I had been holding onto for 40 years or so. With Nikki's gentle, caring and supportive approach helped me go deeper into my subconscious without feeling under pressure, judged or afraid. With Nikkis knowledge and understanding, I felt extremely comfortable and heard by her. Nikki has helped me move past many many painful and negative feelings, helped my confidence to get out more and has helped me nurture the child in me. I would highly recommend Nikki as a RTT therapist, she not only supports you during sessions, But she keeps in regular contact throughout your journey, checking in and answering any questions you may have.
