What to say,,,,,, struggling to stop smoking for decades,,,, never succeed,,, all sorts off different methods,, nothing worked for me.... I saw online Phil website and told myself do it,, give a go,,,, wauuuuu,,, that's all I can say,,,, he had a magic voice and transformed me as a new man,,, stopped smoking and also he supports me with all sorts off different ways to monitor my progress.... Hello fellow non-smokers. I started smoking at the age of 16 and for the previous 50 years ( now 2022 ) I only attempted the process of giving up just the once and that was with the assistance of an acupuncturist. I managed that time to give up for 2 weeks but then the therapist went on holiday and I then went back to my 20 per day. Oh deary me. However, I went looking for a hypnotherapist in August 2022 in the hope I could give up smoking permantly. That's when I found Phill and he has changed my life forever. It was very easy to put my full faith in Phill and surprisingly I had no sense of myself being in a hypnotic state during the session. That session took place on August 17th which is 33 days ago. Gosh, I have not bought cigarettes since that day which makes a total saving of £348.48 to date. I wanted to stop smoking for all normal reasons but I also wanted to claim the time that smoking used up in my life and that I have now managed to do. So that makes me happier, healthier and wealthier although I did succumb to munching on Jelly Babies and Liquorise Allsorts for the first few days but that's all behind me now. Phill is true to his promises of support in as much as he has regularly texted me to find out how I am doing and extra support is available if required.
