Blessing as the Manager has over 20 years experience in working in older , young people, supported living, day centers, baby sitting and mental health services. I have past experience in managing care homes, worked as a consultant supporting services that are in special measures by C.Q.C as well as turning around services rated as Requiring Improvement or Inadequate by C.Q.C. I have been inspected 8 times by C.Q.C and have been rated GOOD in all areas.
At Steward Healthcare247 Professionals Limited, we are passionate about supporting people in the community and will go above and beyond to ensure they get the right support at the right time which enables them to thrive and have a good life. We want people to be able to live in their own homes independently and get the tailored support so they can confidently get out and about in their community and access the things that matter to them. We are determined to make a real difference so those we support can improve their wellbeing and feel more socially connected and happier. We work closely with the service users and value feedback received as part of creating a positive learning culture in the Organization as we put the needs of our service user ahead of everything we do.
Our staff have experience in care and supporting those in need of baby sitting services. Our staff have all the mandatory training, DBS checked, legality checks done as part of the recruitment process to determine if they can work in the U.K legally and we continue to support our staff to further develop themselves by having a rigorous induction process in place and we continue to work closely with our staff should they need to develop themselves we support with learning on the job through attaining Diplomas at all levels in their chosen careers.
