H & R began supporting my parents in April 2022. The care and attention allowed them to stay at home when health began to fail. The exceptional care and concern shown, along with the good humour and kindness, led to the creation of valued friendships. The care, efficiency and punctuality, added to the additional suggestions of aids, meant that their quality of life was as good as it could be. Our family owe them a great deal.

H&R Domicilary are looking after my mother and the care and attention they have provided is amazing. They genuinely care and go out of their way to make her as comfortable as they can. So polite, engaging and caring. Highly recomended

Not able to offer proactive care. Carer came and just stood in my property, arms crossed, staring at us while we do stuff around the house (instead of offering/doing it for us). Poor record keeping/note taking. Asked carer to leave in their 2nd visit as I'm not paying for someone to do nothing to help.
