I would highly recommend MTV Ventures home care agency for the wonderful care they provide to my mum. Ivony is very friendly, polite, respectful, and kind, treating her with dignity and compassion. She is consistently punctual and reliable, which gives our family peace of mind knowing she is in safe hands. She goes out of their way to make sure Mum feels comfortable, supported, and valued. Communication with the agency is excellent, they are professional, well organised, and responsive to any requests or concerns. Overall, MTV Venture home care has given our family great confidence through their dedication, warmth, and high standard of care, and we are very grateful for the support they continue to provide for my mum.

I would definitely recommend MTV Ventures home care agency for the care they provide to my Dad. Ivony is friendly, respectful, and kind, always treating him with dignity and compassion. She’s reliable and punctual, which gives us real peace of mind knowing Dad is in safe hands. She also goes out of her way to make sure Dad feels comfortable and supported, which we really appreciate. The agency is professional, well-organised, and quick to respond whenever we need anything. MTV Ventures has given us great confidence through their dedication and high standard of care. The carers did a great job making sure my Nan was well taken care of. They always showed up on time with a warming smile and treated her with such respect making her feel at ease and sharing some laughs as they would have a chat. Also the registered manager Ivony is fantastic she’s always there to answer any questions and very easy to talk to. 10/10 service can’t fault any of the staff at MTV.

Care was more than i expected. The carers were respectful, punctual and very caring. The registered manager Ivory would do everything to make sure im comfortable and happy. Really amazing service and a good experience
