Working for Caremark is a pleasure. I love my job and when I feel as though things are too tough, management are always there to give support. They are forever grateful for the work you do for them and are very supportive in all situations. They are easy to contact 24/7 and are always one step behind you when needed. They offer training to help you build your knowledge and if you need help in specific areas they will train you to help you with your understanding so you are able to put that into practice right away. The management and care assistants really make a good team And I wouldnt be happier else where!
