At Right at Home Leeds North, Otley and Horsforth, our values are at the heart of everything we do. Our aim is to help our Clients to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. By making a positive difference to their lives, and that of their family, helping them to remain in their own home, surrounded by the familiar things that they love.
We treat all of our Clients with the compassion, respect and dignity they deserve. Our carefully selected CareGivers understand our Client's wishes so that they can support them to achieve their personal goals, whilst providing them with choice and valuing them as individuals.
We employ only the best CareGivers, those that pass our Mum Test; and who categorically share are values. Every member of staff is DBS checked and undergoes a thorough, robust training programme before we personally match and introduce them to our Clients.
Underpinning our values in care are the service standards that we offer:
-A full 60-minute care visit, every time (we travel in our own time)
-A thorough Personal Care Plan for every Client
-Care delivered by highly-trained consistent CareGivers who believe in going the extra mile; (no agency staff)
-Respect, consideration, and support for everyone irrespective of their background, beliefs, gender or sexual orientation.
