I would like to introduce our company, The Forge Support Services, which has been in the business of providing domiciliary in London since 2020. We are delighted with the warm welcome from the local community and it gives me immense pleasure to introduce our services to you. Our vision is to provide access to cost-effective, high-quality personalized health care services for our services users. We differentiate our services offered by being person centred. We are poised and utilise our specialised expertise to promote our boutique brand to clients, partners and community members. As a boutique company, we provide customisable services to our clients. We provide clients with safe, effective, compassionate and high-quality care through comprehensive domiciliary care with a specialization in palliative end-of-life care; people who may be bed bound; people who may need help overnight; people with behavioural needs; supporting people to recognise and develop their own strengths and abilities to live a fulfilling life.
We provide dedicated live-in care service with one-to-one support, that clients simply cannot get in any other care sector. Our live-in companions help to ensure service users can maintain and enjoy normal routines and lifestyle – on a 24/7 basis. Our person-centred care approach includes clients in the decision-making process for their own health and wellbeing. We believe everyone deserves to be cared for with dignity, compassion and respect that is why we work in collaboration with clients – to enable them enjoy their life at home with the care and attention they need and deserve. This is our view of what personalised home care should be.
Our well trained staff are available to support you in all aspects of your needs. At the Forge Support Services, our aim is to build a team which includes our clients, family/representatives, our support workers and the management.
