Barista – Temporary Ongoing Role

Location: South Kensington, London

Hours: Monday–Friday | Flexible hours, typically 7am–4pm, 9am–6pm or similar

Contract: Temporary, ongoing

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at a busy, fast-paced café in South Kensington.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a lively environment, takes pride in what they do and works well as part of a team.

The Role

As a Barista, you’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and drinks while providing friendly and efficient service to our customers. You’ll be working as part of a close-knit team in a busy café where no two days are quite the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Preparing coffee and other drinks to a consistently high standard

* Providing friendly and efficient customer service

* Taking orders and handling payments

* Keeping the café, coffee station and equipment clean and organised

* Working quickly and efficiently during busy periods

* Supporting the wider team with day-to-day café duties

* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

* A team xjnqpsq player with a positive attitude

* Hardworking and conscientious, with good attention to detail

* Reliable, punctual and well organised

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

* Friendly and confident when dealing with customers

* Able to work independently as well as part of a team

* Experienced as a barista is preferred, but the right attitude and work ethic are just as important
