Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times
Lead and motivate a large, diverse front-of-house team
Support the General Manager in driving standards, profitability, and guest satisfaction

Manage compliance, health & safety, and operational processes with precision

Proven management experience in a busy late-night, premium bar or restaurant environment
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and energise a team
