Assistant General Manager - Vibrant Central London Restaurant Salary: Up to £45,000
We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager to join a thriving, high-energy restaurant in the heart of Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's passionate about people, service, and creating memorable guest experiences in one of the city's most exciting hospitality scenes.
What You'll Be Doing: * Supporting the General Manager with day-to-day operations. * Leading, training, and motivating a passionate front-of-house team. * Driving standards, consistency, and a warm, professional guest experience. * Assisting with financials, rotas, and stock management. * Bringing ideas, energy, and personality to every shift.
About You: * Proven management experience in a busy restaurant or premium casual dining environment. * Guest-focused, hands-on, and confident under pressure. * Strong people skills - you love developing teams and creating great workplace culture. * Organised, proactive, and commercially minded.
