Due to continued demand, we are looking for experienced Agency Chefs to support a variety of exceptional kitchens across Oxfordshire. If you have experience working within a minimum 2 AA Rosette environment and are looking for flexible, well-paid work, we'd love to hear from you.

What's involved?

As an Agency Chef, you'll support some of Oxfordshire's most respected hospitality businesses during busy periods, holidays and staff shortages.

Assignments include luxury country house hotels, fine dining restaurants, gastro pubs, private estates and high-end contract catering venues. You'll be expected to integrate quickly into established kitchen brigades while maintaining the highest culinary standards.

Successful candidates will have:

Previous experience within a minimum 2 AA Rosette kitchenStrong section management and organisational skillsThe ability to adapt quickly to new kitchens and teamsA professional, reliable and positive attitudeRelevant Food Hygiene certificationA full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicleThe ability to commute to assignments across Oxfordshire, as many venues are located in rural areas with limited public transportWhether you're looking for full-time agency work, extra shifts around your current role, or flexible assignments that fit your lifestyle, we have opportunities available throughout Oxfordshire.
