LINZI WHITE LCHE

I am a homeopath living in South London with my family, and I have been using homeopathy for over 30 years.

I first discovered homeopathy, as many people do, when my eldest child was a crying, teething baby - Pulsatilla and Chamomilla came to the rescue and I have never looked back!

I have a Licentiate in Homeopathy from the world renowned Centre for Homeopathic Education, and I am registered with the Society of Homeopaths.

Hay fever is a particular area of interest for me, and I have had a great deal of success helping people with hay fever, both acutely – in season – and with a long term prevention programme out of season.

And as a former teacher, and as a mother of five, I have significant experience working with children, and treating them homeopathically.

Whilst homeopathy can treat a range of conditions, both mental and physical, I have a special interest in:

- Wellness

- Grief

- Hay Fever

- Skin Conditions

- Allergies

Linzi creates a kind and welcoming environment where she sincerely listens. Linzi talked me through all the possible remedies that could work for my issues, in my case it was Anxiety and Vertigo. The AAA remedy has significantly reduced my anxiety and calms my physical symptoms when I feel anxiety attacks are coming. Conium Maculatum is what Linzi suggested for my vertigo and it has helped noticeably with my symptoms after a vertigo attack and makes my recovery time a lot easier and quicker. I look forward to working with Linzi in the future.

I had been struggling quite badly with the menopause for over four years. I suffered from hot flushes to the extent that it felt as though my hands and feets were going to burst. I was also constantly feeling down and would cry at the slightest thing, which was totally not me at all. After trying the normal medications from the doctors and not feeling any better, I decided to try homeopathy. Linzi was amazing and I have not looked back since. She is very patient and understanding. She takes time to explain everything to you and answers questions with empathy and professionalism. I feel totally at ease and the treatments she has provided and recommended have worked miracles. I am so happy with the results. I came to Linzi at a time when I was dealing with intense anxiety that was significantly impacting my work and home life. I had exhausted all other options including anxiety medications which simply hadn’t worked for me. Linzi was kind, approachable, patient, extremely insightful, knowledgeable, passionate and collaborative. She identified a range of effective homeopathic remedies that have been completely transformative. I now feel so much calmer, happier and stronger mentally and my anxiety is under control.
