Swap to London or surrounding areas please, I’m in a good location Bolton

I recently passed an inspection for a mutual exchange that sadly diddn’t go through but is to tell you that there are no issues with this flat. It is located on the ground floor, has a lot of storage, small comunal garden for you to sunbathe in the summer and listen to birds etc.
In walking distence are some local shops like Morison’s local farm foods and a halal Asian convenience store.

Manchester is 15 miles away which can be reached in just three stops via Bolton train station, again a short walk away of 10 minutes or 4 minutes by car. In fact the bus stop is literally a minute walk.
It is very peaceful her as its behind an ally way; one way system and free parking!! Pets are allowed; please note the bathroom is a wet room but anyone can move in but is perfect for anyone who needs it!
I’m interested in places near london or in London, specifically west London as thats where my family is. I don’t mind some parts of Bedfordshire. Just send me a dm and I may like your place. Open to multi swaps if they are well managed as I’ve wasted my time with people who diddn’t value them.
