Hi all,

Cassidy here. I have a one bedroom flat in a converted attached property with two flats beneath.

The flat comprises of one bedroom, a large living room, a small kitchen with a hallway leading to the bathroom.

The property has access to an attic through a hatch door which could be converted into an additional livable space and has a small terraced area accessible through a window in the hallway.

There are one set of stairs to gain access to the communal front door which leads to the hallway and then the front door which then has access to one set of stairs leading to the kitchen and bathroom and then another set of stairs leading to the bedroom and living room.

The bathroom features ceramic utilities and a shower/bath.

A short walk brings you to Canonbury overground station and a slightly longer walk to Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction overground stations. Bus links are close by for easy travel into and around London. Local boroughs are Hackney, Islington and Camden.

I’d like to swap for a property that is similarly sized, ideally with outdoor space, and in a quiet location with transport links.

Property must be suitable for somebody who is aged 38.

Pets are allowed with permission and must be allowed in the property I swap with.

The property has the right to buy option and is managed by an organisation external from the council called partners for improvement who manage rent and repairs.

I’m available to swap with the next couple of months pending permission from the council.
