I have;
2 bed ground floor flat in Dagenham. One double room and one slightly bigger. Living room is a nice size too. Large communal garden at rear of block (only 6 flats in block including mine). Only a few of us use the garden. All friendly neighbours. Car park also at rear of block next to garden. Nice quiet area of Dagenham, all shops and takeaways close by with a large Lidl at the end of the road. Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and Colleges all around. Lots of large parks with loads of green close by too. Bus links to Chadwell Heath, Barking, Romford and Dagenham Heathway. Not far from Green Lane, where there are more shops and a Tesco Express.
