WANTED - MOST IMPORTANT IS CENTRAL LOCATION. Central area of Edinburgh. Preferably first floor flat but ground floor flat will also be considered. Must have spacious rooms. No high-rise. Not bothered re decor as I will obviously decorate to suit etc.
