House swap wanted for Cardiff, From Barry, vale of Glamorgan

Would anyone be interested in my 3 bedroom home in Colcot, Barry?

I have a nice little 3 bedroom mid-terraced home (all photos attached to post and also on Homeswapper).

Nice area, quiet area.
But i never wanted to stay here when we exchanged from another area in Wales in 2022. I always wanted Cardiff, and I am now looking to make that move to Cardiff after nearly 4 years of living in Barry, and a lot of people are not always open about why they want to move, other than 'they fancy a change', but its not the case with me.

I would like the following areas,
LLANDAFF/LLANDAFF NORTH
GABALFA
ROATH
MAINDY

However, i would also consider any other areas of Cardiff if anyone is interested.

I also need Cardiff because I will spending a lot of time in Llandaff from December onwards over the next couple of years, and my husband has always worked in Cardiff, and my son attends CCFC.

I also need to get back to work, and where I need to be is central in Cardiff.

My home doesnt have a drive, it hasn't been an issue for us as we dont drive anyway, but there's parking outside.

Many primary schools within a mile of my location, as well as regular bus services and local shop.

Green area to walk dogs, and for children to play safely and ride around on their bikes.

The Street is also situated in a quiet and safe area, Away from any busy roads.

I haven't done much to my house as I never planned on staying, so for anyone who is interested and doesnt care too much about decor, or wants a house that they would like to do up, then my home could be for you.

Tenancy is under VALE OF GLAMORGAN COUNCIL.

Rent is £131.70 please
Council Tax Band C.
