What I have: lovely modern town house near all amenities. Garden. Three private parking spaces. Four double bedrooms and two full bathrooms plus an additional large cloakroom. Solar panels on roof so our water is mainly heated for free. New Worcester boiler. A2 Dominion Housing Association. Rent £207.60 per week. Under occupancy allowed depending on circumstances.
What I want: Housing Association not council. Three bedrooms. No basements or tower blocks please. I would prefer some outside space even if it’s only a balcony. Ideally, I am looking for a very central London location but I would consider other areas such as Richmond and Kingston.
