I have a very spacious Victorian house conversion ground floor flat with 2 very large bedrooms in Leytonstone, East London. The flat is a really good size. I have a large private rear garden and a front garden. The front room is spacious with lovely big windows letting in lots of natural light. The kitchen was replaced in August and a new bathroom is planned for this year.

I am a 5 minute walk from Leytonstone station (central line) with excellent links to other lines and local amenities as well as Leyton Midland overground. I am within catchment of great local schools both primary and secondary. The doctors surgery is only at the top of the road, and the dentist is a further 3 minutes from there. I am also only a short journey from a Tesco superstore and Aldi. I am only a short walk or drive to Epping Forest and hollow ponds.

I am looking for a 3 bedroom like for like flat with garden, GF maisonette with garden or a house within East London - Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest, Enfield and possibly open to other areas.

I would like to move ASAP. I have lived here for 30years (since I was a child) and only moving as I now have two children of my own who need their own room.
