2 bed bungalow in B35. Small but perfect for someone who's disabled. Kitchen everything in easy reach, wet room, with grab rails in shower and next to loo. Small bedroom has had a false which has now been removed, now shoes full size. Big bedroom you can easily fit a queen size bed into it. and lounge quite large, for the size of the bungalow. All needs decorating but due to domestic issues and my own ill health for last 5/6 years. I've been unable to do it. But at least you have a blank canvas. Small front garden and communal back. Which you access via front door and turn left. As no back door.
Want similar, or ground floor flat, massinette or maybe house if 2 bedrooms. Need outside space/garden. For mobility scooter and trainey assistant dog. Areas considered. B34 B35, B36, B37, B76, B72,
I can only except these above areas, because of health issues I have to be near the family.
PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! No time wasters. I've been let down to many times. Even had boxes packed ready and someone changed there mind on moving day. 😠
