Are you based in camberwell...read further (seeking 1BR)

Description

Not sure if people are not understanding how a multiswap works as I keep getting messages from people wanting a direct swap.

I've seen a property I like but the lady who lives in that property would like to be in camberwell (I'm Nunhead).

She's very specifically looking for private outside space (this does not have to be a garden but it can be a balcony)
If not a ground floor property, she would like to be no higher than 3rd floor but there has to be a lift as she has mobility issues
She wants to remain in the Southwark side of Camberwell (I tried to share properties that had everything she wanted - even being closer to King's CH but because the post code was SW she was not interested - go figure!)
1 bed property.

In return, the person who messages me via here would need to be willing to move into my property - 1 bed in Nunhead very large garden for sole use (see pix above) BUT the lady needs to be interested in your property hence the need to provide me with details of your property so I can see if she is interested.

If you message me, please provide details on your property - rent amount, council tax , postcode, if you have a balcony and / or lift so I can provide that information to her. (Her being the lady whose property I am interested in). She will then decide if she is interested in your property and if she is, then I'm more than happy for you to visit my property - the property which is shown in the pictures above with a view to multiswap.

Sorry for the dumbed down explanation but people seem to think I'm seeking a direct swap and I'm seeking a third person in Camberwell who meets the criteria for a multiswap.
